Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer experience team via email or live chat with your order number to start the return or exchange process.

  Package Your Items

  For bedding and accessories, place items back in their original packaging; for mattresses, we will coordinate a local donation or pickup.

• 3.
  Ship or Donate

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier, or provide proof of donation for mattress returns.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is processed at our warehouse or donation is verified, your original payment method will be credited within 5-10 business days.
